LUMBER AND FLAP:
TWO OF THE BEST 'JACKS
Plaid has come back in a big way! This look goes amazingly with anything-especially denim. Just make sure to layer it with simple things. You cant have more than one statement piece at the same time!

Work-inspired shoes were all over the fall runway.
wonderful for just a Saturday around town
goes great with denim and a plain tee, no?
Lucky Lucian and Dicoco shoes
Trench coats have been back for a while but its really back to basics this season. No bells and whistle, just simple neutral colors and classic buttons. Don't break it out until its actually cold though-its like wearing fur in the summer, cocky much?

JUST PLUM STYLED OUT
if these rich purple hues don't make you drool what will? You can even pair it with a navy. The two colors are close but still distinct and will stand off of each other. Or if your headed to a dinner party pair a purple blazer with your black slacks to be sophisticated AND fashion forward. Heads will turn like you walked in naked!
WHY SO BLUE?
Blue is also going to be the it color. Any shade of it, although I would avoid the sky blue shade. Teals and Navys are verryyy classy. (Maybe even pair it with a plaid like Sir Valentino dares to do)

COVER YOUR NECK
turtleneck=winter chic. And this piece really does go with EVERY-THING. Throw it under a blazer, a sport jacket, by itself, with denim, with khakis. Yes, I could go on and ON. And you don't have to drop major bucks either. Any of your favorite stores in the mall will be stocking turtlenecks for the weather change. (and how 'bout those WORK boots Neil Barrett was throwing in his line? Told ya they were hot!)
